Digital Delivery

All products sold on SupplyPlug are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments, and no physical goods will be dispatched to any address.

Digital delivery means you receive access to your purchased product through an electronic channel immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the product, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:

  • Download link — a secure link sent to your email or displayed on the order confirmation page
  • Customer account access — the product becomes available in your SupplyPlug account library
  • Email delivery — the product or access credentials are sent directly to your email address
  • Protected content page — access is granted to a protected URL or members-only page

The specific delivery method will depend on the product purchased. Product listings will indicate how access is provided where relevant.

Delivery Timing

Most products are delivered immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment processing verification or other technical factors.

If you have not received access to your product within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact us through the Contact page.

Your Responsibility

To receive your product successfully, you are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and accessible email address at checkout
  • Checking your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a delivery email
  • Maintaining access to the email account used during purchase
  • Ensuring your account login details remain secure if using account-based delivery

Delivery Failures

If a verified technical issue on our end prevents successful delivery of a product, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue or re-deliver the product. Please contact us promptly if you experience any delivery problems.

Download links and access credentials may be time-limited or subject to a limited number of access attempts for security purposes. If your access has expired and you require re-delivery, contact us and we will review your request.
