This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which SupplyPlug may consider refund requests for purchases made on our platform.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on SupplyPlug, you agree to the terms described below.

Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable

All products sold on SupplyPlug are digital products. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that digital content may be supplied immediately and that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or access has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Cases We May Review

While refunds are not automatically guaranteed, we will review refund requests in the following circumstances on a case-by-case basis:

  • Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same product
  • Inaccessible download — you completed payment but were unable to access or download the product through no fault of your own
  • Corrupted file — the delivered file is confirmed to be corrupted or unusable
  • Technical delivery failure — a verified technical error prevented delivery of the product

Approval of refund requests in these cases is at our discretion and is not automatic.

Cases We Do Not Refund

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing
  • The product did not meet personal expectations not described in the listing
  • You experienced compatibility issues unrelated to a defect in the product itself
  • The product has already been accessed, downloaded or used

How to Request a Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund review, please contact us through the Contact page and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence

We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of purchase, delivery and access to the relevant payment provider in response to the dispute.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory refund or return rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.
