Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that digital content may be supplied immediately after purchase.

By purchasing and accessing or downloading digital content, you may lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery or access has started, where permitted by applicable law and where you have given the required consent.

Unless stated otherwise, digital products are sold for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the product
• Share download links publicly
• Upload the product to any public platform
• Claim the product as your own work
• Copy, modify or repackage the product for resale
• Use the product in a way that violates applicable law

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because digital products can be accessed, copied or downloaded immediately, all sales may be final once access has been granted, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

We may update, modify, remove or discontinue products at any time. We do not guarantee that every product will remain available indefinitely.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, modify product descriptions or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or technical errors.

All website content, branding, digital products, text, visuals, design elements and product materials remain the property of SupplyPlug or the relevant rights holders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyPlug is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
