These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.suplyplug.com (“Site”) and any products, digital content, or services offered through it.

SupplyPlug operates as a digital supplier access and sourcing education platform. We publish digital guides, verified supplier resources, sourcing education materials, and related digital content. We do not sell, stock, store, or ship physical goods.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any product from SupplyPlug, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies linked herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any product.

Where applicable, these Terms are interpreted in the context of relevant consumer protection legislation, electronic commerce laws, and data protection rules including the GDPR where relevant to EU residents.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Site" — The website at https://www.suplyplug.com.
• "SupplyPlug", "we", "us", "our" — The operator of the Site and seller of the Digital Products.
• "Customer", "you", "your" — Any individual or entity accessing the Site or purchasing Digital Products.
• "Consumer" — A natural person purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes, as defined by applicable law.
• "Business Customer" / "Entrepreneur" — A customer purchasing for commercial, trade, or professional purposes.
• "Digital Product" — Any supplier guide, sourcing ebook, verified supplier contact information, supplier access resource, marketplace education material, or other digital content sold on the Site.
• "Order" — A request to purchase one or more Digital Products placed through the Site checkout.
• "Contract" — The agreement formed between SupplyPlug and the Customer upon order confirmation and successful payment.
• "Access Details" — Any link, file, download, protected page, confirmation, or other digital delivery mechanism through which a Digital Product is made available.
• "Third-Party Supplier" — Any external wholesale supplier, manufacturer, or sourcing contact referenced or described within a Digital Product.

SupplyPlug sells digital products only. We do not sell, manufacture, store, or physically ship any tangible goods. No physical item is ever dispatched to the customer.

Products listed on the Site represent digital informational resources. Any product imagery is used solely to indicate the product category or sourcing research context. When you purchase a Digital Product, you are purchasing digital access and information, not the physical item shown in any associated imagery.

Digital Products sold on SupplyPlug may include:

• Verified supplier contact information and wholesale sourcing guides
• Supplier access resources and sourcing instructions
• Marketplace listing guidance and product description tips
• Resale and sourcing education materials
• Ebooks and downloadable guides related to product sourcing
• Product photography and description strategy resources
• Marketplace selling education for platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy

Where possible, supplier information included in Digital Products is reviewed prior to publication. SupplyPlug aims to direct customers toward legitimate, lawful sourcing channels and does not knowingly promote counterfeit goods, unauthorised replicas, illegal suppliers, or misleading sourcing routes.

However, SupplyPlug is not responsible for the actions, pricing, stock availability, shipping performance, product quality or authenticity, website changes, terms of service, or ongoing availability of any Third-Party Supplier. Supplier details can change at any time without notice to SupplyPlug.

Before purchasing from any Third-Party Supplier, the Customer is solely responsible for:

• Verifying the supplier's current terms, pricing, and legitimacy
• Confirming product authenticity and compliance with applicable laws
• Checking marketplace rules, platform policies, and resale requirements
• Assessing import duties, taxes, and local customs regulations
• Conducting independent due diligence on any sourcing decision

Disclaimer: SupplyPlug is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any third-party brand unless explicitly stated. Where brand names appear within Digital Products, they are used solely to describe guide categories or sourcing research context and do not imply any commercial relationship with the relevant brand owner.

Customers may be able to purchase Digital Products without creating a registered account. During checkout, you are required to provide accurate personal and billing information including your name, email address, and billing address.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. Access Details for Digital Products may be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. SupplyPlug is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or inaccessible email address.

Billing details are required for payment processing, tax documentation, fraud prevention, and accounting purposes. Providing inaccurate information may delay or prevent the delivery of your Access Details.

An Order is placed by adding Digital Products to the cart and completing the checkout process. An Order constitutes a binding offer to purchase; a Contract is formed upon successful payment confirmation.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Site. Payment must be completed in full before Access Details are delivered. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another secure third-party payment provider. SupplyPlug does not store full card details; payment data is handled exclusively by the payment processor subject to their own security and privacy standards.

Available payment methods are determined by the payment processor at the time of checkout. SupplyPlug reserves the right to refuse or cancel Orders in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or abuse, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.

All products sold by SupplyPlug are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. Access Details may be provided via:

• Order confirmation page displayed after payment
• Email to the address provided at checkout
• Customer account access (if applicable)
• Download link or protected page
• Any other digital delivery method described at the time of purchase

Digital delivery is typically provided shortly after successful payment confirmation. Exact timing depends on payment processing and may vary. SupplyPlug does not guarantee instantaneous delivery in all cases.

If you have not received Access Details, please first check your spam or junk mail folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at supplierseurope@gmail.com including your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Where applicable consumer protection law provides a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, please note the following:

Because SupplyPlug's products constitute digital content delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded once digital access or delivery has commenced, where permitted by applicable law and where the Customer has provided the required consent.

By completing a purchase of a Digital Product and requesting immediate digital access, you acknowledge that digital delivery may begin before any applicable withdrawal period has expired and that you may thereby lose your right to withdraw, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Digital Products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or otherwise used immediately after delivery, all sales may be final once Access Details have been provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Access Details were not delivered due to an error on our part
• A file or link provided is defective and cannot be reasonably replaced
• The Digital Product is materially different from its description on the Site
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law

Refunds will not be issued on the grounds that a sourcing opportunity did not result in a desired business outcome, that a Third-Party Supplier declined a request, or that the Customer changed their mind after access was delivered.

Upon purchase, SupplyPlug grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased Digital Product for your own personal sourcing research or internal business research purposes only.

You may:

• Access the purchased Digital Product for your own sourcing research
• Use the information to identify and approach suppliers for your own business
• Reference the materials internally for business planning and research

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Digital Product with any third party
• Upload the Digital Product or its contents to any public or private platform
• Copy, repackage, or repurpose the Digital Product as your own product or offering
• Sell, share, or disclose supplier contact information or Access Details to others
• Use the content to source, list, or sell counterfeit goods, unauthorised replicas, or goods infringing intellectual property rights
• Use the content in violation of any applicable law, marketplace rules, or platform terms
• Commercially exploit the Digital Product beyond your own sourcing activities without prior written consent from SupplyPlug

All content on the Site including but not limited to branding, logos, text, design, guides, ebooks, Digital Products, and other materials are the property of SupplyPlug or the relevant rights holders, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced within Digital Products remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. SupplyPlug makes no claim of ownership over third-party trademarks and asserts no affiliation with any third-party brand unless explicitly stated. References to brand names are used solely for sourcing research and product category description purposes.

No content from the Site or Digital Products may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from SupplyPlug, except as expressly permitted under the licence granted in Section 10.

SupplyPlug reserves the right to update, modify, remove, or discontinue any Digital Product at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available indefinitely.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or technical specifications at any time. If an order is affected by a material error, we will contact you before processing or may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

SupplyPlug warrants only that:

• Digital Products will be delivered as described, subject to payment confirmation and technical availability
• Digital Products are prepared with reasonable care and contain information considered accurate at the time of publication

SupplyPlug expressly does not warrant:

• That any Third-Party Supplier will accept, respond to, or work with the Customer
• Supplier availability, pricing, minimum order quantities, or stock levels
• Product authenticity, quality, or compliance as supplied by any Third-Party Supplier
• Marketplace approval, listing success, or resale profitability
• Uninterrupted or permanent access to any third-party website or supplier platform
• Any specific business, financial, or commercial outcome resulting from use of a Digital Product

Digital Products are provided as informational resources. Results depend entirely on independent customer decisions, third-party actions, and market conditions beyond SupplyPlug's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SupplyPlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Site or any Digital Product
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings
• Marketplace bans, platform policy violations, or account suspensions
• Supplier disputes, supplier non-performance, or supplier unavailability
• Changes to third-party supplier websites, pricing, or availability
• Customer misuse of Digital Products or supplier information
• Any decision made by the Customer based on information contained in a Digital Product

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, SupplyPlug's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Customer for the relevant Order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

By using SupplyPlug Digital Products, you accept sole responsibility for:

• Independently verifying any supplier before placing an order with them
• Confirming the authenticity and legality of products you intend to source or resell
• Complying with all applicable marketplace rules and platform terms
• Complying with local laws including import/export regulations, taxes, and duties
• Making independent business and commercial decisions based on your own due diligence
• Using all guide content lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms

You may not use SupplyPlug, its Site, or any Digital Product to:

• Source, list, sell, or distribute counterfeit goods or unauthorised replicas
• Infringe or facilitate the infringement of any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property right
• Commit fraud, deceive customers, or engage in misleading trading practices
• Violate any marketplace platform terms or seller policies
• Distribute, import, or resell goods that are illegal in the relevant jurisdiction
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit SupplyPlug Digital Products without written permission
• Engage in any activity that could harm SupplyPlug's reputation, intellectual property, or operations

When contacting support, please include your order number and the email address used during checkout. Clearly describe the issue so we can assist you promptly. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

If you are an EU Consumer and your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may also refer the matter to an appropriate consumer protection body in your country, or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

SupplyPlug reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Digital Products or the Site if a Customer:

• Violates any provision of these Terms
• Shares, redistributes, or publicly discloses Digital Product content
• Uses Digital Products for prohibited or illegal purposes
• Commits fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation in connection with an Order
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of SupplyPlug or any third party

Termination or suspension does not release the Customer from obligations already incurred under these Terms. Any licence granted under Section 10 will immediately terminate upon breach.

SupplyPlug may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Site or purchase of Digital Products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, we may take reasonable steps to notify customers where required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which SupplyPlug operates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Customer's country of residence provide otherwise.

Where applicable, Polish law and EU consumer protection rules including the Consumer Rights Directive may apply to Consumers resident in the European Union. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of EU Consumers under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
